After deposit confirmation and sample approval, the normal lead time is about 30 days. The exact time depends on order quantity and production schedule, and will be postponed during public holidays.

Stock samples can be delivered within 3 working days; custom samples normally take 7–10 days. The sample fee will be fully refunded once your bulk order meets our required quantity.

Credit payment is not acceptable. Our standard terms are payment before shipment or cash on delivery. Exceptions are only available if you have a trustworthy agent company in China that can provide payment guarantee after official credit verification.

Free samples are available for long-term cooperative customers. For new customers, sample fees are required, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment once an official order is placed.
